● Provide adequate training, supervision, and competent personnel
● Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe equipment
● Encourage reporting of unsafe conditions, incidents, and near misses
● Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions
● Ensure emergency preparedness, fire prevention, and evacuation procedures
